Crystal Heater is a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager at Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates, LLC, bringing over 16 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry. She began her journey with EFM&A in July 2024, following an extensive career with Northwoods Corp, where she spent a decade honing her expertise in commercial insurance, and additional roles at Agri-Business Brokerage Agency and AAA WNCY. Crystal holds a Property & Casualty License and is an alumna of Akron Central School. Known for her efficiency and reliability, Crystal is the go-to professional for business owners seeking prompt and accurate insurance solutions, whether certificates of insurance, binders, or other critical documentation. Her deep understanding of the commercial insurance landscape and her hands-on experience across multiple insurance carriers make her an invaluable asset to her clients and the EFM&A team.

Outside of work, Crystal is passionate about helping business owners manage and meet their everyday insurance needs, a role she finds deeply fulfilling.

Crystal resides in Akron, NY and enjoys spending her free time doing outdoor activities such as four-wheeling, snowmobiling, kayaking, and camping. She cherishes moments with her kids and family, balancing her professional life with the joy of outdoor adventures and quality family time.
