Rachel McArdle

Rachel McArdle joined EFM&A in November 2024, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the insurance industry. A graduate of Niagara Falls High School with a regents diploma, Rachel specializes in Property & Casualty insurance and holds an Insurance Broker certification.

Rachel began her career as a secretary at the Bruce Lucsok Insurance Agency, where she progressed to become a Licensed Agent over her 29-year tenure. Following the acquisition of the Lucsok Agency by Amherst Insurance Agency in 2022, she continued to excel in client service and insurance advising for two additional years before joining EFM&A.

A dedicated professional, Rachel finds great joy in working closely with clients to build long-term relationships. She takes pride in offering tailored guidance and educating clients on their coverage options, ensuring they fully understand the value of their insurance. Her favorite aspect of the industry is the opportunity to connect with individuals, share life experiences, and contribute to the well-being of her community.

Outside of work, Rachel is an avid runner and triathlete, having completed three full Ironman events. She and her husband share a love for hiking and are currently tackling the Adirondack High Peaks. Rachel cherishes time spent with her grown children, whether it’s on family vacations, game nights, or simply walking the grand-dogs.

Rachel lives in Niagara Falls, where she enjoys being part of the community she serves.
