Chelsea Craddock

Chelsea Craddock joined EFM&A in December 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for client service in personal lines insurance. A graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Chelsea began her career as a newspaper reporter before transitioning into the insurance industry.

With over seven years of experience in personal lines, Chelsea has held roles at InsureOne/Bower Insurance and GEICO, where she honed her skills in providing tailored coverage solutions for her clients. She takes pride in moments where she has saved customers money or secured them coverage when they faced challenges.

Chelsea thrives on connecting with people and helping them find the perfect insurance to protect themselves and their families. Her dedication to client success and community engagement is exemplified in her personal highlight of being gifted homemade pepper jelly by a grateful customer.

Outside of work, Chelsea is a lifelong learner and adventurer. She is studying to be a Notary Public, learning to knit, and improving her Welsh language skills. An ordained minister for 15 years, she also volunteers with Second Chance Boxer Rescue. Chelsea enjoys watching old black-and-white movies, spending time with her two cats, Diggs and Peanut, and adding hot sauce to nearly everything.

Originally from and still residing in Lockport, Chelsea embodies the spirit of her community while continually striving to make a difference in her professional and personal life.
